How Long We Retain Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your email address and assessment data are transmitted to our email marketing platform (Moosend), which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Assessment responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your personalized career plan. This data is transmitted securely and processed in real time. Anthropic does not retain your data for training purposes under standard API usage terms.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Your data may be stored on servers located outside the Philippines. We ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your personal data on our behalf:

• Moosend — our email marketing platform. Your name, email address, and assessment responses are stored in Moosend to deliver your career plan and follow-up emails. Moosend's privacy policy is available at moosend.com/privacy-policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — we use Claude to generate your personalized career plan. Your assessment responses are sent to the Claude API to produce your report. These responses are processed in real time. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
• Google Workspace — we use Google Workspace to send emails from our domain. Email delivery is handled through Google's infrastructure. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Hostinger — our website is hosted on Hostinger's servers. Hostinger's privacy policy is available at hostinger.com/privacy-policy.

All third-party providers are contractually required to process your data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We do not collect or store any media files uploaded by general visitors. Media uploaded by registered users or administrators is stored on our hosting servers.
